Dear Tim & Julie –
So I got my first listing of the year. I know, I know, we are six weeks into the new year and it has taken me that long, but let me tell you how I got it! First of all, kudos to Coach Ruschele! I was driving through a neighborhood, saw a For Sale by Owner sign in the front yard of the house and knocked on the door.
I spent about an hour with the homeowner just listening to what she had to say and asked her if there was anything I could do to help. That was Wednesday afternoon. Last night (Thursday) I went back over there and signed the listing. That was my first FSBO. Yes, I was intimidated at first, but I put that aside and it was totally easy.
