Earnings and income disclaimer

Every effort has been made to represent our programs and their potential accurately. There is no guarantee that you will earn any money, close any transaction or achieve any particular result using our programs, ideas or techniques. Nothing on our sites, in our sales materials or in our coaching is a promise or guarantee of earnings.

Any income, production or results we describe are specific examples, not typical results. Your results depend on many factors, including your market, experience, skills, the time and effort you put in, your finances and how consistently you implement. Statements about earning potential are opinions, not promises.

Testimonials and results

Testimonials and member stories reflect the real experiences of the individuals who gave them, submitted by text, audio or video. They are individual results; results vary, and we do not claim they are typical or that you will achieve the same results. Testimonials may be shortened or edited for grammar and length but not to change their meaning. The opinions are those of the members.

Where we have offered something of value in exchange for a testimonial (for example a gift or a contest prize), or where the person has a material connection to us (for example as a coach, team member or business partner), we will say so with the testimonial.

AI-generated content and automated assistants

Some content and tools are created or assisted by artificial intelligence, including the Harris AI Real Estate Team, AI workflows in our programs, and the automated assistants on our sites (such as Lauren, Michael, Art and Sara). Automated assistants are not people and answer from our own help content; you can ask to reach a person at any time.

AI output can be wrong, incomplete or outdated. Verify facts, numbers, market data, legal and compliance language and anything client-facing before using it. Example outputs on our sites are illustrations, not records of client work.

Affiliate, brokerage and compensation disclosure

Tim and Julie Harris are eXp Realty agents and leaders of Libertas, an agent organization at eXp Realty. When agents choose eXp Realty and name them as sponsors, they may receive compensation from eXp Realty, such as revenue share. Our coaching is brokerage-agnostic: it is open to licensed agents at any brokerage, and joining eXp Realty or Libertas is never required.
