Premier 1:1 is $1,297 per month and adds four 1-on-1 coaching calls each month with a Harris Certified Coach. Elite Coaching is $3,500 per month and pairs qualified clients with an Elite Level Coach, with requests for Julie Harris subject to confirmed availability.

New Premier Coaching is the flagship program and the recommended place to begin. It includes all 13 levels of the Harris curriculum, the Real Plan, pre-listing packages, listing presentations, guides, scripts, systems, the complete Learning Library, interactive coaching tools, weekly semi-private coaching, and Ethical Real Estate Professional training.

New Premier Coaching begins with a seven-day full-access trial. If you continue after the trial, the program is one payment of $997. The usual price is $197 per month, so the current offer saves more than $1,000 compared with 12 months at the usual price. There is no payment-plan option for the $997 offer.

They are guided field tools that turn training into action—for example, step-by-step open-house preparation, day-of execution, visitor capture, and follow-up.

Yes. Lead generation is central to the curriculum. Members learn prospecting, database, referral, buyer, seller, follow-up, and conversion systems, then use coaching to adapt them to their market.

Yes. Live Premier sessions create a consistent accountability rhythm. Premier 1:1 adds four 1-on-1 coaching calls per month. Elite adds the highest level of individualized strategic access.

Yes. Members can connect with other professionals to exchange ideas, tactics, and referrals inside the coaching community.

New Premier live sessions are led by the Harris coaching team. Premier 1:1 clients work with a Harris Certified Coach. Elite clients work with an Elite Level Coach and may have the opportunity to work personally with Julie Harris.

No. Harris Coaching is brokerage-agnostic and available to licensed agents at any brokerage. No brokerage change is required.

No. Coaching is a standalone program open to agents from every brokerage and market.

Harris Coaching is designed for serious real estate professionals at every stage. A newly licensed agent can use New Premier Coaching to build the right foundation, while established producers, team leaders, and broker-owners can use the same complete system to improve predictability, profit, leverage, AI capability, leadership, wealth, and freedom. New Premier is the most common starting point, but agents who want individualized strategy and accountability may begin with Premier 1:1.

A strong personality or large audience is not a substitute for firsthand results and a complete implementation system.

No. Harris Coaching rejects easy-button marketing and does not guarantee income or production. Sustainable results require skill, productive conversations, consistent follow-up, strong standards, sound economics, and implementation. The purpose of coaching is to improve the plan, language, decisions, measurement, and accountability—not to pretend disciplined work can be bypassed.

Yes. There is no exclusivity requirement. The Harris curriculum and live training can complement an existing coach or mentor.

Results vary with market conditions, experience, skill, effort, and implementation. The program provides proven systems, language, planning, feedback, and accountability; it does not promise a specific income.

The core business, communication, lead-generation, and accountability principles can apply across many markets. Local licensing, advertising, contract, and agency rules must always be followed.
