This Privacy Policy explains how Libertas Consulting, LLC, doing business as Tim & Julie Harris® Real Estate Coaching ("we," "us"), collects, uses and shares personal information when you use www.timandjulieharris.com, members.timandjulieharris.com, our program and enrollment pages, our interactive tools, our chat assistants and our other Services. It is part of our Terms of Service. We do not sell your personal information.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, phone number, company, market, job title, answers to assessments and applications, messages you send, and survey responses.
- Account and purchase information: your member account, the programs you buy, and billing details. Card details are entered on our checkout and processed by our member platform (Kajabi) and its payment processors (such as Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
- Member tool information: plans, journals, progress and other content you enter in our interactive tools, saved to your member account so you can return to it.
- Chat assistant conversations: the questions you type into our automated assistants (such as Lauren, Michael, Art and Sara) and any contact details you add when you ask to reach a person.
- Usage and device information: pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages and campaign tags, approximate location, browser and device type, IP address and timestamps, collected through server logs, cookies and similar technologies.
- Communications information: whether you open or click our emails, and your email and text-message preferences.
2. How we use information
- Provide, operate and personalize the Services and your member account
- Process enrollments, payments, renewals and renewal reminders
- Answer your questions, route chat requests to a person, and provide support
- Send transactional messages about your account, purchases and access
- With your consent or as the law allows, send coaching, training-event and offer communications (you can opt out anytime)
- Understand how the Services are used so we can improve them, and measure our advertising
- Keep the Services secure, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with law and enforce our Terms
5. Chat assistants and AI tools
Our automated assistants answer from our own help content. What you type is processed to answer you, and may be kept to review and improve answers and to follow up on requests you send to our team. If you ask to reach a person, the details you enter are sent to our support team.
Do not enter passwords, payment details, client confidential information or other sensitive data in a chat. Third-party AI platforms that you connect or use with our products (for example with the Harris AI Real Estate Team) process your prompts and outputs under their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Email and text messages
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any marketing email. Transactional messages about purchases, renewals and access will still be sent.
If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated texts from Tim & Julie Harris® Real Estate Coaching, up to 4 per month. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. SMS terms: slkt.io/Jpd. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example California and other U.S. states with privacy laws, or the European Economic Area and United Kingdom), you may have the right to: know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it; get a copy; correct it; delete it; opt out of targeted advertising, sale or sharing; limit use of sensitive information; and not be treated differently for exercising these rights. Where the GDPR applies, you may also object to or restrict processing, ask for portability, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data-protection authority.
To make a request, email support@timandjulieharris.com with the subject "Privacy request." We will verify your request, typically by confirming access to the email address on your account, and respond within the time the law requires. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. You can opt out of analytics and advertising tags as described in Section 4.
8. Retention
We keep account, purchase and related records for as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and for up to five (5) years after your services end unless the law requires a different period or you ask us to delete information we are not required to keep. Logs and chat records are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted or de-identified where practicable.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, and payment card data is handled by PCI-compliant processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Keep your sign-in links and credentials private.
10. Children
The Services are for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. International transfers
We are based in Puerto Rico, United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
12. Other websites
Our Services link to other websites. Once you leave our Services, this Policy no longer applies; review the privacy policy of the site you visit.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. Changes are posted here with a new "Last updated" date, and we will notify you of material changes by email or on the Services.
