Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between Libertas Consulting, LLC, doing business as Tim & Julie Harris® Real Estate Coaching ("Libertas," "we," "us" or "our"), and you. They apply to everything we offer, including www.timandjulieharris.com, our member site at members.timandjulieharris.com, our program and enrollment pages (such as premiercoaching.timandjulieharris.com, premiercoaching1on1.timandjulieharris.com and ai-team.timandjulieharris.com), coaching calls, webinars, interactive tools, AI tools, digital products and downloads (together, the "Services").
By creating an account, purchasing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimers. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The checkout page for each purchase shows the price, billing schedule, trial and renewal terms you accept for that purchase. Section 6 summarizes them for each program. If a checkout disclosure you accepted and these Terms ever differ about price or billing, the checkout disclosure controls for that purchase.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Services for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
2. The Services
We provide educational real estate coaching, training, digital content, downloadable materials, interactive tools, AI tools, live and recorded sessions, community access and related products. The features available to you depend on what you purchase. We may add, change or retire features over time; we will not materially reduce the core features of a term you have already paid for.
3. Educational purpose; no professional advice; no guarantee of results
The Services are educational and informational only. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment or brokerage advice and do not create a professional-client relationship. Real estate laws, commission rules, agency requirements and required forms vary by state, jurisdiction and brokerage and change over time. Use your broker's and state association's current approved forms, and consult your broker, attorney or accountant before relying on any script, agreement, form or strategy.
We make no guarantee of income, transactions, compliance or any other result. Your results depend on your own effort, market, skill, experience and circumstances. Testimonials and examples are individual experiences, not typical results or promises. See our Disclaimers.
4. AI tools and AI-generated content
Some Services use artificial intelligence or automated assistants, including the Harris AI Real Estate Team and the support assistants on our sites (for example Lauren, Michael, Art and Sara). Automated assistants are not people; you can ask to reach a person on our team at any time.
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Review and verify everything an AI tool produces, especially numbers, market data, legal or compliance language and anything client-facing, before you use it. AI tools are not a substitute for professional advice or for your broker's approved forms. You remain responsible for every message, post, filing, call or contract action you take.
5. Purchases, pricing and taxes
Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars. A price change applies only to future purchases, and to renewals only as described for that program in Section 6. You authorize us and our payment processors (our member platform, Kajabi, and the card processors it uses, such as Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for all amounts due, including applicable taxes. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
6. Programs: pricing, trials, renewal and cancellation

The Harris AI Real Estate Team is a product license for your own business. It is not a coaching program and does not include New Premier Coaching. Premier and New Premier Coaching members receive the free version of Harris AI; the complete team is an optional upgrade.
Purchases made under earlier offers (for example earlier one-time, VIP or Premier Plus offers) continue under the terms shown at their original checkout.
How to cancel. Unless the table says otherwise, you may cancel any recurring program at any time, effective at the end of the then-current billing period, through your account dashboard's self-service cancellation option or by emailing support@timandjulieharris.com. Cancellation is at least as easy as enrollment. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund amounts already paid except as stated in Section 7.
Trials are limited to one per person or household. We may refuse or end a trial we reasonably believe is being misused.
7. Refund policy and chargebacks
Except as stated here or required by law, fees are non-refundable, including for partial use, non-use or change of mind. If you cancel a trial before it converts, you will not be charged the post-trial price; the trial fee itself (for example $1) is not refunded. We will correct duplicate charges and proven billing errors, and we may issue refunds in cases of proven fraud, technical error or company error.
Please contact support@timandjulieharris.com first about any billing problem. Disputing a valid charge with your card issuer instead is a breach of these Terms, and we may suspend access while it is resolved. If you finance a purchase through a third party, that lender's terms govern the financing.
8. License to content and tools
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the content and tools you purchase for your own professional use. You may not share or transfer your login; reproduce, distribute, publicly post, broadcast, sell or sublicense our content; or use it to build a competing product or service.
9. Intellectual property and trademarks
All training materials, scripts, presentations, recordings, workflows, prompts, software, tools and other content are owned by Libertas or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. "Tim & Julie Harris®," "Harris AI Real Estate Team" and related names and logos are our trademarks; any use requires our prior written permission.
10. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on our Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@timandjulieharris.com (subject: Copyright notice) identifying the work, the material you believe infringes it and where it appears, your contact information, and a statement that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner. We will review it and respond.
11. Acceptable use
Do not use the Services for any unlawful purpose; share account access; scrape, harvest or data-mine the Services or other users' information; send spam or unsolicited commercial messages through or about the Services; introduce malware; reverse-engineer the Services; get around access controls or paywalls; resell or redistribute content; or use the Services to harass anyone or infringe anyone's rights. We may suspend or end access for violations.
12. Accounts and sign-in
Provide accurate information, keep it current, and keep your sign-in credentials and sign-in links private. Some member tools use emailed sign-in links ("magic links"); anyone who can open your email may be able to sign in, so protect your inbox. You are responsible for activity under your account and must tell us promptly at support@timandjulieharris.com about any unauthorized use.
13. Third-party services, links and affiliate relationships
The Services rely on or link to third-party services and sites (for example our member platform, payment processors, AI platforms, hosting, email, podcast and video platforms). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. A link is not an endorsement.
Tim and Julie Harris are eXp Realty agents and leaders of Libertas, an agent organization at eXp Realty, and may be compensated when agents choose to join eXp Realty through them. Coaching is open to licensed agents at any brokerage and never requires joining eXp Realty or Libertas. See Disclaimers.
14. Email and text messages
By enrolling or creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails about your purchases, renewals, account and access. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any marketing email.
If you give us your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Tim & Julie Harris® Real Estate Coaching about our services, offers and updates, up to 4 messages per month. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. SMS terms: slkt.io/Jpd. See also our Privacy Policy.
15. Recording of sessions
Coaching calls, webinars, seminars and community sessions may be recorded. By participating, you consent to being recorded and to our use of the recordings for member replays, training and promotion of the Services. You may turn off your camera, use a display name, or ask a question privately by email if you prefer not to appear. You may not record a session without our prior written consent.
16. Feedback and submissions
If you send us feedback, ideas or content, you grant Libertas a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify and share it for any purpose, without obligation to you. Do not send confidential client information.
17. Honest reviews
Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to share honest reviews or opinions about the Services. Any earlier provision to the contrary, including any earlier non-disparagement clause, is withdrawn. These Terms reserve our rights only for statements that are knowingly false or defamatory, or that misuse our confidential information or intellectual property, and only as permitted by law, including the Consumer Review Fairness Act.
18. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, results, accuracy or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Beta or experimental features may change or be discontinued at any time.
19. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Libertas is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these apply only as far as the law allows.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Libertas and its members, officers, employees, coaches and affiliates from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right, or your real estate practice.
21. Dispute resolution; binding arbitration; class-action waiver
Except for claims that qualify for small-claims court, all disputes will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Dorado, Puerto Rico. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class, collective or representative action.
Opt-out: you may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice within sixty (60) days of first accepting these Terms to Libertas Consulting, LLC, PMB 264, 425 Carr. 693, Suite 1, Dorado, PR 00646.
22. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to Section 21, any permitted court action will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Dorado, Puerto Rico.
23. Privacy and data
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information and the choices and rights you have. It is part of these Terms.
24. Termination and suspension
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or to comply with law. When access ends, your license to the content ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 7–11 and 16–28) survive.
25. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes affecting a program you are enrolled in take effect ten (10) days after we post them here or email you. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms. A change never raises a renewal price we have told you is locked.
26. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including service outages, platform or technical failures, acts of God and natural disasters.
27. Assignment and change of ownership
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them, including in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, and may transfer your information to a successor subject to our Privacy Policy. We will notify you of material changes resulting from a transfer.
28. Notices, severability and entire agreement
We may send notices by email or by posting them on the Services. Send notices to us at support@timandjulieharris.com or by mail to Libertas Consulting, LLC, PMB 264, 425 Carr. 693, Suite 1, Dorado, PR 00646. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimers and the checkout disclosures you accept, are the entire agreement between you and Libertas about the Services and replace earlier versions, including the earlier Terms of Service at members.timandjulieharris.com/termsofservice (June 24, 2026).
