Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Ethical Real Estate Professional, LLC products, services, website, coaching, webinars, digital content, designation, and associated intellectual property.

Membership, renewal, and cancellation

Services may renew automatically unless canceled in writing before renewal. EREP maintains a no-refund policy except where it determines fraud, technical error, or company malpractice occurred. Cancellation requests should be sent to help@ethicalrealestateprofessional.com.

Professional conduct and account security

Members must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, maintain an active real estate license in good standing, use the designation accurately, and refrain from unlawful use, account sharing, data harvesting, scraping, or distribution of protected materials.

Results and intellectual property

EREP does not guarantee income or business results. Training, presentations, marks, recordings, documents, and other materials remain protected intellectual property and may not be reproduced, sold, or distributed without written permission.

Annual reverification

Members are subject to annual compliance reverification, which may review licensing status, continuing education, ethics complaints, legal issues, client feedback, and proper designation use. The current annual reverification fee is $500. Failure to complete reverification may terminate the right to use the designation.

Disputes and governing law

Disputes are subject to binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act in Dorado, Puerto Rico, with the class-action and jury-trial waivers stated in the full agreement. Puerto Rico law governs. Notices may be sent to EREP, PMB 264, 425 Carr. 693, Suite 1, Dorado, PR 00646.
