Hi, I'm Andi Wagner, a real estate agent in Cameron Park, California, and I have been selling homes here for nearly 22 years. I work with both sellers and buyers, and I specialize in rural property. Before I started working with Tim and Julie Harris, I was working seven days a week. I was burning the candle at both ends. I had no systems in place, and although I had goals, I really didn't have a plan of action to achieve them. Since then, I now have a designated day off each week. I have systems in place, I have set my goals, and I have an actual plan to achieve them. Not only am I achieving my goals, but I'm actually exceeding them and on track to have my best year ever, which is quite an accomplishment in this challenging market.
