Hi, I'm Aimee Stauffer, a real estate agent in the Boise, Idaho area, and I've been licensed for over 20 years. I work throughout the Treasure Valley primarily with sellers, luxury clients, relocation buyers, and investors in Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Middleton, and all of the surrounding communities. Before I started working with Tim and Julie Harris, I already had a successful real estate business, but I wanted stronger systems, more consistency, and a way to continue to grow without feeling like I had to reinvent the wheel every single year. Since then, I've become more intentional about how I run my business. I've built better systems around prospecting, follow-up, listings, and client relationships while continuing to grow my production and create a business that is both successful and sustainable.
