Hi, I'm Ken Gould with Compass in Phoenix, Arizona. I've been a licensed real estate agent for 20 years, working in various capacities within the industry. For more than half of that time, I've been an active boots-on-the-ground agent, working directly with buyers and sellers, and experiencing firsthand what it takes to build and maintain a successful real estate business. I became part of the Tim and Julie Harris Premier Coaching community during the early days of COVID, and I've stayed connected ever since. Why? Because this business can get complicated very quickly, but success usually comes back to some pretty simple things.
